L*I*F*E*P*A*C LIFEPAC is the award-winning program that serves as the foundation of the entire Alpha Omega home education curriculum. LIFEPAC is our complete, 12-year Christian curriculum designed to teach five core subjects - Bible, Language Arts, Math, History & Geography, and Science. The curriculum is composed of consumable textbook/workbook combinations that conveniently combine subject text, exercises, projects, review and tests.
	Mastery Learning - LIFEPACs full-color, worktext curriculum is based on the principle of mastery learning, in which students truly master the context and skills of one unit before progressing to the next. Different students learn at different speeds, so masterly learning ensures success by allowing each student to move at his or her own speed. Critical Thinking Skills - Many specific LIFEPAC Curriculum activities and questions require students to go beyond simple objective recall, asking them to instead think analytically and draw conclusions that require a conceptual understanding of the material. More than just recalling facts, your student will grasp concepts through analytical and evaluative thinking skills.
Parental Involvement - You and your student will learn together as you guide your student through LIFEPAC pre-designed lesson plans, pacing the material and creating the spontaneous learning opportunities that make home schooling so effective. You chart your child's academic growth through parent-directed activities, self-tests, and final unit tests. LIFEPAC Gold's easy-to-follow teacher instructions allow you to follow along with your student's progress, while still allowing time to plan supplemental activities, such as field-trips and other outings.

Students study the teachings in the Old and New Testaments learning Biblical truths fundamental

From reading comprehension to proper grammar application, students learn the components

Product Comparison: LIFEPAC and SOS Both LIFEPAC and Switched-On Schoolhouse are based on the mastery system of learning, in which concepts are completely mastered by the student before the next concept is introduced. While the LIFEPAC Curriculum is available for grades 1-12, the Switched-On Schoolhouse is only available for grades 3 and above. Although the Switched-On Schoolhouse was originally based on the LIFEPAC curriculum, it has grown to so much more. Video clips, sound files, and interactive Learning Games have transformed Switched-On Schoolhouse into an advanced multimedia-based learning environment.
